Waverly Housing Authority Auction of Sheds and Carport: June 20 - June 28

The Waverly Housing Authority will be auctioning off 15 metal/wood storage buildings and a 20' x 31' metal carport. Bidding will begin on June 20, 2022, and end on June 28, 2022. Locations of the units are at the Waverly Housing Authority, 35 West Brookside Dr. and East Brookside Drive Waverly, TN, 37185.

Please visit www.govdeals.com to bid on individual auctions. All of the buildings/carports being auctioned have varying degrees of water damage from being flooded in August of 2021. The building dimensions are all 10' x 12' with a divider wall, 2x4 framing, and 4x6 undercarriage runners. There will be a treated wood door on each end of the building.

All units will be sold as-is, where is, and the buyer is responsible for disassembly and removal without assistance from the Housing Authority.
